President and CEO of Powerful Possibilities propelling clients and organizations to new heights of success. As a Transformational Executive Coach, my objective is to help reveal and unleash your true potential. My core focus is leading you to make radical improvements in your life. I provide support and guidance to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of achieving your goals. Collectively we will identify specific actions to achieve desired outcomes ultimately enhancing all areas of your life.

Education/Certifications: B.A., Marketing & Public Relations from Boston University, Personal and Organizational Coaching Certification from New York University, CCF-Certified Executive Coach, ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor.

Types Of Clients: Emerging Leaders, Senior Executives, C-Suite Executives, and Entrepreneurs.

Favorite Part About My Job: Helping and developing people. Watching people transform into the best possible versions of themselves.

Steadfast Do's and Don'ts: Do’s: Raise your hand for stretch assignments and always push yourself beyond your limits, boundaries and comfort zone. Always be your authentic self, after all in the end your true nature will always shine through in the greatest light. Always stay relevant and do at least three things a day, no matter how small toward your own personal development. Don’t: Be afraid to say no when necessary, Don’t get caught up in unnecessary drama, Don’t ever give up! Remember that adversity =opportunity.

Most important qualities of a good leader: To understand that it is not about you, but about the success of the team. Give of yourself freely by mentoring and sharing your experiences authentically, the good and the bad. That is how you help people grow.

My Advice for women starting their careers: Raise your hand and do not be afraid to volunteer for stretch assignments, as well as the things that no one else wants to do. That is how you can distinguish yourself from the crowd.

Advice I wish I'd had (or had followed): To always stay revenant; it is never too late to reinvent yourself so you should always have a plan B!

Quote I live By: That which does not kill you makes you stronger.
