Favorite Part About My Job: Hearing unique life stories and experiencing client's transformation with them

Steadfast Do's and Don'ts: Do's: 1. Hold clients as powerful, 2. Be completely present and honest with clients, 3. Never stop learning. Don'ts: 1. Allow blame or shame to interfere with growth 2. Waste precious time 3. Miss opportunities

Most important qualities of a good leader: Intelligence, great communications skills (including listening), a long term perspective, integrity.

My Advice for women starting their careers: Where you start is just the beginning, you probably can't predict where you'll end up. Learn as much as you can in those early years, so you have transferable skills and are informed about what you like and don't like for future moves.

Advice I wish I'd had (or had followed): Your feelings are guideposts for your life, know when to get out of your head and into your heart.

Quote I live By: "Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right"
