My mission is to help women advance their careers by communicating their value and bringing forward their ideas. I work with smart, talented and dedicated women who feel overlooked in the workplace and want to be recognized for their unique contributions. I help them position themselves to become an invaluable assets and get the promotions and appreciation they deserve.

Education/Certifications: Graduate, "Coach University Advanced Program", Coursework in Positive Psychology Coaching with Linda Wallace, MCC, Coursework at "ADD Coach Academy" (ADDCA), University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX, Master of Arts, Wellesley College, Wellesley, MA, Bachelor of Arts

Types Of Clients: Female Professionals, Small Business Owners, Creatives, Women entering or re-entering the job market, and women rethinking their current career path.

Favorite Part About My Job: Being able to create highly customized experiences for women and share concrete tools, practices and resources and that truly catalyze their growth.

Steadfast Do's and Don'ts: Do's: Prioritize your own wellness and well-being. Recognize the power of perspective. Create strong personal and professional boundaries. Don'ts: Don't allow anyone into your inner circle that doesn't fully honor your values, celebrate your accomplishments and enhance your vision for your own life. Don't forget that who you are trumps what you know. Relationships over resumes. Don't wait for someone to give you permission to lead, share your voice or validate your ideas.

Most important qualities of a good leader: Having the ability to: cultivate and demonstrate empathy, grow yourself into a master problem-solver so that you in turn, are able to support others and resolve bigger, more complex problems, see possibility and opportunity where others don't.

My Advice for women starting their careers: Create a vision for your future so that your choices and decisions are made by design, not default. Surround yourself with a supportive tribe. Learn to communicate your value, articulate your ideas and negotiate your needs.

Advice I wish I'd had (or had followed): Don't allow your intuition to be drowned out by fear or self-doubt. Create a practice of seeing, believing in and trusting your own brilliance.

Quote I live By: “The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any." - Alice Walker
