Optional Ticket Add-ons:
No Refund Policy. Registration fees for SharpHeels Events are non-refundable. A registrant may transfer their registration to another SharpHeels event (within the next year) or transfer the registration to another person with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Parking not included. The ticket does not include parking or transportation. We will offer some suggestions at the hotel (valet & self-parking options), but we suggest public transportation, car-pooling or ride-sharing apps.
No Heels Required. Everyone is welcome to attend our events, regardless of their footwear preferences 😉
Continuing Education. We will provide a certificate of completion after attending the event for 8hrs of Leadership Training if requested. Please let us know if you’d like us to reach out to a particular organization/association to confirm continuing education credits, and if you need a certificate.
Health/Safety Precautions. We will be implementing enhanced health & safety measures to align with local and state laws. As such, SharpHeels Career Summits are small, intimate events for local professionals and will have a limited number of onsite tickets available based on safety precautions.

Our Mistress of Ceremonies will kick-off the day with an overview of the importance of Career Planning and Leadership Development and will discuss the panels and workshops for the day.
9:00-9:45am: Panel: Career Planning & Pivots
Hear executives discuss how career planning and career pivots impacted their careers, how important mentors and supporters were for their careers, how they set career goals, advice on career changes, and insights on negotiating a promotion.

10:00-11:00am: Workshop: Career Planning (Plan/Goals/Execution)
Conducted by a career coach, the career planning workshop and worksheets are designed to help attendees build and execute an easy career plan for the short-term (1 yr), mid-term (2-5 yrs) and long term (5 yrs+) goals. Attendees will also be asked to set and accomplish at least 3 career action items over the next 6-12 months. (If you attended a SharpHeels Career Summit last year, please try to bring last year’s worksheets)
11:15-12:00pm: Panel: Managing Obstacles & Mishaps
Hear executives discuss their biggest career obstacles and how they overcame them (Work-Life Balance, Job Loss, Losing Career Direction, Lacking the right Experience, etc.). In addition to top career mishaps and how they avoided and/or embraced career them.

Live Streaming: $295
Includes: Virtual access to the live event through a live streaming link, in addition to links to the career and leadership development worksheets. (You can add 1x1 coaching sessions as a follow-up for the event by selecting Coaching Session Add-ons)
Event + 1×1 Coach: $595
Includes: Standard ticket to the live event and a 60-minute Career Coaching Session (virtual or live) after the event with one of our Career Coaches. The Coaching Session will be conducted within 90 days after the event, based on your needs.
Event + Two 1×1’s: $795
Includes: Standard ticket to the live event plus two 60-minute coaching sessions with one of our Career Coaches. We recommend one coaching session before the event to and one after the event, but you can also request to have them both after the event. The Coaching Session before the event will be conducted 2-4 weeks before the event and coaching sessions after the event will be conducted within 90 days, based on your needs.
Event + Six 1x1's: $1595
Includes: Standard ticket to the live event, plus Six Coaching Sessions after the event with one of our Career Coaches and/or one of our Executive Coaches. We will customize your coaching session mix based on your individual needs. The six coaching sessions will be conducted within 1-year after the event, based on your needs.
Event + Full Year Coaching: $2995
Includes: Standard ticket to the live event, plus twelve Coaching Sessions after the event with one of our Executive Coaches. Your coaching sessions will be customized based on your individual needs. The twelve coaching sessions will be conducted monthly.
Optional Ticket Add-ons:
This agreement is made on , between SharpHeels / SharpHeels Group LLC, 8127 Mesa Dr B206, Austin, TX 78759 ("publisher") and ("contributor") regarding the contribution ("the articles") for publication on SharpHeels.com.
The Contribution. The contributor shall submit articles, on a consistent basis, to the publisher based on the contributor's area of expertise. The articles shall be submitted on or before the agreed upon due date (Tracked by editorial calendar).
Expertise: Advice for Professional Women
Frequency: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly (TBD)
Length: 650-1500 words depending on article format and content
Editorial Copy. Article copy and tone should be designed to Educate, Motivate, and Captivate. All copy should be void of any direct self-promotion for the contributor's organization. Copy that includes the contributor and/or its products should only be included when it benefits the audience and not to the direct benefit of the contributor.
Changes. The publisher shall have the right to edit, revise, augment, re-title, and adapt all articles and to cause others to make such changes as the publisher may deem appropriate. The contributor shall be available to approve such changes.
Rights. Contributor grants to the Publisher an exclusive worldwide license to first publish, reproduce, display, distribute and use the Contribution in any media. The contributor retains ownership of all rights under copyright to the Contribution. If the contributor desires to publish the article on the contributor's website, the contributor is permitted, but must provide a link and reference to the original article on SharpHeels.com. Contributor shall not authorize any publication of the articles to additional parties except with the prior written consent of the publisher in each instance.
Images. The publisher may illustrate the articles with photographs or illustrations or both and contributor will, if supplying such photographs or illustrations by agreement, warrant their ownership and transfer needed rights and permissions to allow their publication. Publisher will provide images if not provided by the contributor.
Fact checking. Contributor will verify all facts in the articles, although the publisher shall have the right to check the article for accuracy.
Originality. Contributor warrants that the articles will be original, will not infringe on any copyright, invade any right of privacy, contain any libelous material, or infringe or violate any other right of any other person or entity.
Use of Name. Contributor, for publicity purposes, gives Publisher permission to use the Contributor's name, image, biography and likeness in all forms of media and in all manners in connection with the advertising and promotion of the Work and/or Contribution.
Promotion. Publisher will assume all costs associated with the publishing and promotion of the Contribution.
Compensation. There will be no financial compensation for contributor's posts. Publisher offers a platform to expand the contributor's reach for their specific expertise. Contributor's posts will be featured in SharpHeels newsletter , online and in Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Confidential Information. The Contributor and his or her employees shall not, during the time of rendering services to the Publisher or thereafter, disclose to anyone other than authorized employees or designated persons of the Publisher, any information of a confidential nature, including but not limited to, information relating to: any such materials or intellectual property; any of the Publisher projects or programs; the technical, commercial or any other affairs of the Publisher; or, any confidential information which the Company has received from a third party.
Termination. Publisher and/or the Contributor may terminate this Agreement in the event the parties no longer benefit from the partnership or upon notice of a breach to the agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The parties agree that a signature (electronic or in writing) on this Agreement shall be considered legally binding and executable.
