Favorite Part About My Job: Helping others to achieve success and feel confident in themselves.

Steadfast Do's and Don'ts: Do express your ideas effectively. Do assert your opinion confidently. Do be poised, polished and professional. Don’t show up small. Don’t second guess yourself. Don’t allow fear to paralyze you from moving forward.

Most important qualities of a good leader: 1. Credibility - a good leader sets the precedence of their expectation. 2. Creativity -. a good leader thinks out of the box, and is open to the possibilities. 3. Communication - a good leader understands that effective communication and being a good listener goes both ways.

My Advice for women starting their careers: Believe in yourself, be confident and don’t allow fear or others negative opinions stop you from achieving your goals.

Advice I wish I'd had (or had followed): My advised to a younger me would be to set my goals higher and not take the easy way out.

Quote I live By: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.” Marianne Williamson
