Continuing Education. We will provide a certificate of completion after attending the event for 8hrs of Leadership Training if requested. Please let us know if you’d like us to reach out to a particular organization/association to confirm continuing education credits, and if you need a certificate.

No Refund Policy. Registration fees for SharpHeels Events are non-refundable. A registrant may transfer their registration to another SharpHeels event (within the next year) or transfer the registration to another person with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Our Mistress of Ceremonies will kick-off the day with an overview of the day and will discuss the panels and deep-dive presentations we’ll be reviewing throughout the day.

9:50-10:45am: Presentation: Align People, Process, & Priorities
Conducted by HR Leaders, they will cover the employment life cycle, from attracting and hiring the right employees to evaluating team members through performance reviews and rewarding high-performing team members through best practices and practical tips that are informed by real life and extensive research.

11:00-12:00pm: Panel: Enabling Talent & Growth
Hear executives discuss how they became effective leaders, strengthened their team engagement through enhanced leadership skills, and enabled their team members to grow.

12:15-1:00pm: Presentation: Cultivate Continuous Learning
Conducted by HR Leaders, they will discuss the importance of professional development as an ongoing practice to continuously improve leadership skills and team dynamics.

1:00-1:45pm: Lunch
Enjoy a long break and grab something for lunch

1:45-2:30pm: Presentation: Build a Talent Pipeline
Now that you’ve built a framework for Effective Team Engagement, hear from leaders on strengthening your leadership pipeline, building your specialist pipeline, and mobilizing your leaders during a transformation process.

2:45-3:45 pm: Panel: Inclusive & Effective Leadership
Hear executives discuss how they became an adaptable and inclusive leaders, ready to face the challenges of ever evolving team dynamics, workplace challenges and environmental impacts.
